Refund & Returns Policy

At The3DMe, we take pride in crafting personalized 3D printed figurines that capture your cherished memories with precision and care. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

Return Policy:

  1. Custom Products: All of our 3D printed figurines are made-to-order based on the photos and specifications provided by our customers. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products.

  2. Damaged or Defective Items: If your figurine arrives damaged or with any manufacturing defects, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Provide detailed photos of the damage or defect along with your order number. Our customer service team will assess the situation and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or repair.

  3. Incorrect Orders: If you receive an item that does not match your order specifications, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number and photos showing the discrepancy. We will review your case and take the necessary steps to correct the issue.

Refund Policy:

  1. Non-Refundable Items: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun. This includes instances where you change your mind after the order has been processed.

  2. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the production process has not yet started, we will issue a full refund. However, if production has begun, we cannot offer a refund.

  3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a replacement item due to damage or defect, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.

How to Request a Return or Refund:
